Job Overview
The Sales Manager will be the driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts. Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying sales leads, developing proposals, pitch goods and services to new clients, and maintaining good working relationships with new and existing contacts. Sales Manager will be responsible for the handover process to the delivery team to maintain program excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities
Support the Head of Business Development in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and grow the company's client portfolio
Conduct primary market and customer research and possess an in-depth understanding of the Korean startup industry landscape, market trends, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and develop effective expansion strategies.
Support the Head of Business Development in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers, leveraging strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate potential business opportunities, identify risks and challenges, and develop creative solutions to drive business growth.
Meet and exceed sales targets, drive revenue growth, and generate business opportunities aligned with the company's goals and objectives, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset.
Develop and implement business development strategies, including market segmentation, targeting, and positioning, with a focus on long-term success.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Collaborate effectively with the product development team to design and negotiate proposals aligned with Brinc Koreas line of products.
Negotiate and deliver persuasive presentations to key decision-makers.
Collaborate effectively with the delivery team to ensure seamless project handover and program excellence
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment, adapt to changing market conditions, and quickly adjust strategies and approaches as needed.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years experience
Proven track record in business development.
In-depth industry knowledge and research skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Results-oriented mindset with strategic thinking abilities.
Team player with flexibility and adaptability.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Native in Korean and professionally fluent in English (both verbally and in writing)
Preferably: Korean National (Work Visa wont be supported)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working at a registered Accelerator (AC) organization
Hands-on experience in technology-based entrepreneurship, R&D commercialization, or early-stage investment
Proven track record in operating government-funded startup programs (e.g., TIPS, Startup Leap Package, R&D initiatives, etc.)
Experience with public-private partnership projects, open innovation programs, or CVC/VC networks
Experience in business proposal writing and PMO (Project Management Office) operations
